These laws that remove a person’s Constitutional rights and change their legal status

These laws that remove a person’s Constitutional rights and change their legal status so that they are no longer even considered a member of society are now and have always been ripe for abuse. These laws take away any protection a person has. I believe that the public has been indoctrinated to believe that removing an American’s Constitutional rights is an acceptable and good thing…touting, “it is in the best interest of …” and “there is no other way to protect.” There is a huge propaganda campaign to demonize the family and foster the idea that the State MUST step in order to protect one from their own family; lending credence and justification for guardianship. Not unlike the propaganda campaign being spewed forth today (by Newsweek and TIME for example) that lends a ‘warm fuzzy’ making ‘Killing Granny’ acceptable and even a popular idea… “it is the humane thing to do,” “it is good for the family,” “it is good for the State,” “it saves money.” Once the idea of euthanasia is publically acceptable, then they will take euthanizing the terminally ill a step further to include anyone that they deem is no longer of value.

There is a very unhealthy agenda to these propaganda campaigns which are based on lies and misrepresentation of the facts…the insidious and gradual change of the public’s perception of reality. For example, SUVs and guns are bad because they kill.

At one time the politicians used empathy for the elderly and children to rally support for their various agendas…remember when the Democrats had to “save the elderly and children” from the Republicans who were supposedly hell bent on starving old people and kids? Now ageism renders the elderly a nuisance. And with regard to the CPS children, the public concept is that the parents of all children the State steals are deleterious scumbags. When in fact there is a huge market in the trafficking of children and in the meantime the State facilities collect huge State and Federal funding per child. And this collection of State and Federal funding extends to the elderly and disabled as well.

For some reason there seems to be a mindset that in order to protect a person, the State MUST take that person’s Constitutional rights away. The Federal Government knows that these laws are Un-Constitutional and thus washed it’s hands clean of the issue by allowing the States to self determine the decision to allow removal of INALIENABLE Constitutional rights.

Mental Disabilities Advocacy Center (MDAC) a prominent human rights group out of Budapest realizes the dangers of removing a person’s human rights and has done significant work on a model that provides protection of those who truly need protection while maintain their rights. Instead of believing the staunch party line that these are “good laws,” people should be looking into alternative measures that preserve human dignity and rights…especially in America where these rights are revered and, in fact, INALIENABLE. You have to ask yourself, why is there such resistance to removing these Un-Constitutional laws and replacing these with a protective model that does not allow for a person’s only protection under the law to be removed.

In short…no law that removes a person’s Constitutional protection is a good law and there is a nasty agenda to keep these Un-Constitutional laws on the books.
