Letter to United States Department of Justice


Dear Sirs,

This is a follow up of our previous communications in reference to the criminal conduct of Elder Abuse and Financial Exploitation of the elderly. Enclosed please find an e-mail that I received this morning that outlines another publication that is exposing the systematic deprivation of Senior Citizens of their right to liberty, property, civil and human rights. In addition to the anticipated publication by Gloria Sykes, we now have the Westmiller and the Wyman books now in circulation detailing the problem. The September 2011 GAO report is also quite candid in connoting that the In re: Mary Sykes case pending in Cook County, Illinois is not unique.

The only aspect of the Mary Sykes case that is unique is the effort that has been expended to silence dissent. Even the legal profession is not immune from patent violations of the First Amendment, the Fifth Amendment and State Constitutional protections such as the First Article to the Illinois Constitution. The violations of 42 USCA 1983 are so patent that they just jump out of the Court records. I have described the situation as a Gulag mentality in which the Courts have hunkered down to punish any exercise of First Amendment Rights.

All that the Sykes family and the victims of the senior citizen abuse have asked for is a complete, honest and comprehensive examination of the Sykes case, the Tyler case, the Gore case and similar Gulagish activities that pervert the justice system. As the retribution (SLAPP) has been also directed toward me and Attorney JoAnn Denision in a patent effort to silence out dissent I would appreciate the investigation being extended to ascertain if there is another ‘Greylord’ scandal brewing.
