Washington Examiner, November 8, 2011

[I'll interrupt the trial today to post a story from the Washington Examiner that I'm quoted in. I spent an hour and forty-five minutes speaking with journalist, Barbara Hollingsworth, who expressed genuine concern and shock over the stories of those involuntarily or unwittingly thrust into probate hell via the conservator/guardian instrument, written to protect, but more often than not, used to loot estates under color of law and guise of protection:

Too often, death is the only way out of guardianship gulag:

My meetings "on the Hill" were met with respect and concern for the unaccounted for probate courts throughout our land, especially the 7th Circuit Court, Davidson County, Judge Randy Kennedy. The evidence I presented was eye-opening, even for those who have committed their lives to the political arena.

The level of integrity and respect in Washington, DC, stood in stark contrast to the lack of integrity one faces in the legal system in Tennessee. It truly made me embarrassed to claim I live in Tennessee (no longer, due to Homeland Security, I've been ejected), our nations #1 Most Corrupt State:

I just want to be able to live free from tyranny, executed by Tennessee's sham of a judiciary, which goes all the way to our State Supreme Court Chief Justice, Cornelia A Clark. After being sworn to her oath, she immediately violated what was then, The Judicial Code of Ethics, by stating something to this effect: "I pledge to stand beside my colleagues..." , meaning she would favor our judiciary above the citizenry, which contradicts her duty to her oath. Instead, the TN Judicial Code Ethics, until recently altered by judges who do not want to be constrained, immediately commanded any judge to "rule consistent with the Constitution...", wherein individual liberties were paramount. That portion of the TN Judicial Code of Ethics has, apparently, recently disappeared.

"I vow to stand beside my colleagues..." (in lieu of the Judicial Code of Ethics)
