ABC MEDIA EXPOSURE IN ARIZONA PROBATE CORRUPTION
KUDOS to ABC15 News in AZ! The media can play a key role in ending corruption in the probate courts. As this probate corruption occurs within the judicial branch of government, it is extremely difficult to get law enforcement officials to prosecute because they get political and professional pressure to look the other way.
When media exposure occurs, light is shed on the crimes, the public becomes informed and outraged, and local attorneys general and sheriffs can no longer deny what is occuring.
Unfortunately, probate corruption is flourishing in Cook County, Illinois, as it is in Arizona. We have not, as of yet, been successful in obtaining media coverage.
